Mr. Brodeur, a strategic talent acquisition and human capital development advisor, has worked in the field of potential development for nearly 20 years. A member of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d’orientation du Québec (OCCOQ), he has a strong background in human resources, which he acquired with various corporate clients in public, parapublic, manufacturing and industrial spheres.

After establishing a large human resources firm in the province of Quebec in 1995, he founded e-Potentiel in 2013 as a way to return to what he does best: providing business directors and managers with guidance in evaluating human potential and succession development.

Nicolas Bussières, M.A., c.o.o.

 As well as holding a Master’s Degree in Career Development and being a member of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d’orientation du Québec, Mr. Bussières has worked in the field of talent management and development for over 15 years.

He successfully built professional expertise based on strategies that are tailored to the realities of client organizations regarding their personnel selection, potential evaluation and skill development needs.

He believes in establishing a solid partnership with his clients, and is therefore concerned with understanding their specific needs in order to guide them efficiently in the selection and development of their human resources.

Recognized for his distinctive energy, his attention to the quality of the services provided and his strong analytical skills, he possesses the ability to gain a thorough understanding of organizations’ needs with regards to the personal and professional skills necessary to meet their current and future challenges.

Owing to his passion for human capital in the workplace, his ability to identify applicants’ genuine motivations, skills and potential contributes to the optimization of organizations’ performances.

Ms. Girard, an assessment, neuromanagement and pedagogics specialist, has worked for 8 years in the fields of potential assessment and professional skills development for the education and manufacturing communities. She holds university degrees in psychology, pedagogy and success support, and is also a member of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d’orientation du Québec (OCCOQ).

Her expertise is focused on the creation of skills validation and recognition tools as well as potential assessment in the professional, technical and first-level management sectors. Additionally, she is passionate about neuropedagogics and neuromanagement, which she actively uses when training and coaching. An educator at heart, she has devised and presented a number of workshops dealing with organizational skills development and interactions and communications through employee management.

Josée Landry, M.A., c.o.o.

A member of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d’orientation du Québec (OCCOQ), where she serves on the board of directors and the executive committee as Vice President, Ms. Landry has worked in the vocational guidance and occupational psychology fields for 20 years.

At ease with speaking to groups as well as individual support, she has developed expertise in assessing the profiles of workers and executives working in SMBs and large companies from the manufacturing and services sectors. Her recommendations pertaining to potential development, employee supervision and the integration of people into new responsibilities prove to be practical and perfectly suited to each organization’s context and situation.

Josée Beauséjour, M.A., c.o.o.

A recipient of the Mérite du Conseil Interprofessionnel du Québec (CIQ) in 2015, Ms. Beauséjour holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Ergotherapy and a Master’s Degree in Career Development Sciences (OCCOQ). Her career started in Quebec City, where she acted as advisor at the Centre de référence des directeurs généraux et des cadres de la santé et des services sociaux. Over the past 15 years, she has built up a solid expertise in career transition, potential assessment & development, executive coaching and career review for a diverse clientele.
